The TI-601 model features Sabelt’s new & exclusive bi-directional fire proof elastic material, which is vitally important for maximum comfort, resistant to abrasion and to fire It also maintains its Fire Retardation properties after repeated washings, as would normally happens to most other FR fibers. It extends in both directions and it is the only truly elastic material that passes FIA tests (flame and heat transfer) without any secondary treatment or cover. It is also the only material that can be used as a structural part of the suit. The only Bi-Directional and Fireproof Elastic Fabric, offered in the world. Sabelts goal was to maximum driver comfort, material Breathability, and softness, by the use of specialist knitwear, in order to significantly improve body movement without sacrificing any aspect of those feature’s, in order to make the suit simply “Super light” at all costs.
